Shipping & Returns

Precision Weapon Works LLC (“Precision Weapon Works,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) ships every order as quickly and safely as possible while following all federal, state, and local regulations. Please review this policy before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

• Accessories and optics ship within 1 – 3 business days after payment clears.

• Ammunition ships within 3 – 5 business days once federally required age verification is complete.

• Firearms ship within 3 – 5 business days after we receive a copy of your selected dealer’s valid Federal Firearms License (FFL).
  Orders placed after 12 p.m. ET or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• All packages go out via a trackable ground service (typically UPS or FedEx). You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

• An adult signature (age 21 or older) is required for every firearm and ammunition delivery.

• Published transit times are estimates; carrier delays, weather, or regulatory holds can extend delivery windows. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the shipment.

3. Shipping Requirements & Restrictions

• Firearms must ship to an FFL dealer of your choosing. We cannot ship firearms directly to individuals across state lines.

• Ammunition ships only to customers who meet the federal minimum-age requirements (18 + for shotgun/rifle ammo, 21 + for handgun or other ammo) and only where such shipments are legal.

• We do not ship firearms or ammunition to jurisdictions that prohibit them. You are responsible for any local permits, fees, or paperwork required for delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Precision Weapon Works LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any products. If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, email sales@precisionweaponworks.com or call (704)789-3172 within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim and work toward an appropriate resolution.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
